The deceased individual was not behind the wheel, and she was one of five occupants in the vehicle.

According to police, “several passengers were ejected” during the rollover, which suggests that they may not have been wearing their seatbelts. New Hampshire is the only state that has no law requiring adults to wear seat belts in vehicles.
