At the Law Office of Manning Zimmerman & Oliveira, PLLC (“the Firm” or “we” or “us”) we respect your privacy concerns and are committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. This Privacy policy is also specifically addressed to parties outside the firm who provide Personal Information to the firm or who visit or use the firm’s website(s), our apps, our social media sites, our extranets, as well as email messages that we send to you that contain a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Internet Services”). This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how the Firm may collect and use your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) and other information through our Internet Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party sites, resources, or Linked websites, as those sites have their own policies.

This Privacy Policy constitutes an understanding between you and the Firm. We reserve the right to change, modify, alter, or otherwise update how we handle the information we collect and process via our Internet Services and to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Information We Collect:
Personal Information-
Use of Internet Services Use: We may receive and store any information you enter through our Internet Services or provide us in any other way. The types of Personal Information collected may include an email address or information you provide when you contact us, an IP address, Internet Services use information, and browser information. The Personal Information you provide may be used for such purposes as improving the content of our Internet Services, customizing the content you see, and communicating with you about our services.
